How long does it take to do my order?
In general we turn orders around very quickly. It does depends on the situation (previous commitments, art required, size of order, availability of garments, etc.), and how quickly you need them. Generally, it takes two to three weeks. If necessary, we can usually turn an order around in one week with no rush charge. Faster, guaranteed, turnaround times are available with a rush fee. We won't leave you wondering when your order will be ready. When we take you order we will agree on a completion date that you can count on.
Do you any minimums for your t-shirt orders?
For screen printed orders, we have a 25 piece minimum. Within that minimum you are allowed to mix t-shirts, sweats, golf shirts, etc., if you like, as long as the print remains the same.
 
Do you do single shirts?
We have a system which allows us to do single shirt orders which involve only lettering and no graphics. We have a large selection of fonts from which to choose.
One Piece Minimum The t-shirt at your left is an example of a single shirt order. It was made for a client wanting to show support for her son who plays on his schools' basketball team. It displays her sons' name and team number.
A second system we have allows us to do one color to full color printing in small quantities. The print may include lettering, graphics, and/or photos, on t-shirts with only a 6 piece minimum.
 
Six Piece Minimum The t-shirt at your left is an example of a shirt order in full color, includes a photo and lettering, and there is only a 6 shirt minimum.
 
Do I make the entire payment up front, or when I pick my order up?
We ask for a deposit of half the order total at the time the order is placed, and the balance when the order is picked up. For some businesses with approved credit, we offer net 30 terms, and work with purchase orders.
 
What do I need to bring wih me when I place my order?
If anyone else is required to make a decision on your order it would be helpful if they came along with you. If you are ordering apparel, it helps if you would have the breakdown of the sizes that you need. We can discuss the garment choices, and colors available if you have not yet made that decision. If you have your own artwork then bring that, as well as your deposit.
In what form does my art need to be?
We prefer digital art. Most of our art is Mac based (Macromedia Freehand, and Adobe Illustrator are the preferred vector programs). Adobe Photoshop is the preferred Raster program. We can work with with most PC created art if it was done with a professional drawing program. We prefer artwork in .ai, .tiff, or.eps which are usually best for spot color. For process or simulated process printing, a .psd with layers intact, work best. A high resolution .jpeg works with some limitations. Because of the many variables involved we cannot guarantee compatibility with our programs. If there are any compatibility issues, we will try to resolve them with you or your artist.
If I don't have any art or don't have an artist, can you do it for me?
 
Preparing artwork is one of the services we offer. Our art services are very reasonable, and are usually considerably less than an outside art agency. Plus, when we do the artwork we know that everything will work fine for our processes. In addition, you are not required to purchase copyrights to the art, which results with considerable savings. Purchasing copyrights to the art requires a separate agreement, which must be executed prior to production of the art.
